Bun E. Carlos is the co-founder, partner, and long time drummer of Cheap Trick. He is also the band’s archivist of photos, posters, video, and audio recordings of all the bands shows. It’s also rumored that Bun E, short for Bunezuela, hails from Venezuela where he learned drumming and where his father was an industrialist moving around South America. His family was instrumental in the building of the Panama Canal to which Bun E, who is fluent in English, comments, “That was a long time ago.”
